Technology Day 2007

The Technology Committee of Gouverneur Central School decided in the Spring of 2007 to devote the Superintendent's Conference Day on October 9th to "Technology". Fourteen staff members from across the District offered to showcase new technology and related instructional strategies to employees of Gouverneur Central School District. Presentations are being held in Gouverneur Middle School / High School, East Side School and at West Side School. Staff members are encouraged to attend presentations in all locations to see the wide variety of technological resources available. The day has been divided into five sessions, with multiple options for each session:
8:15 - 9:00 - Session One
9:15 - 10:00 - Session Two
10:15 - 11:00 - Session Three
11:00 - 12:15 - Lunch (on your own)
12:15 - 1:00 - Session Four
1:15 - 2:00 - Session Five
Each instructional staff member is required to register for five sessions. The expectations for building secretarial, clerical and support staff are located the end of the "sessions" link below.
Use the "sessions" link to read about the various offerings, plan and then evaluate your day.
Sessions are listed in My Learning Plan in alphabetical order of the Presentation Title, not the presenter's name.
